Clean and the staff was really helpful. Overall rooms were modern and perfect and had coffee and an air conditioning. The location was perfect and particularly good, in the middle of jackson. I spent 1 night here and thoroughly enjoyed that.

The room was a mess, and the meal was just awful. Cold starters, bland steak, and a bizarre take on pavlova.

I had a fabulous stay during my business trip! The hotel is beautifully designed, and my room had a fine view of the River Foyle and the iconic Peace Bridge. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it super easy to explore. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only downside was that the food in the bar took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but it was tasty when it finally came. those were minor hiccups in an otherwise great experience!

I enjoyed how easy it was to stroll across the iconic Peace Bridge to explore Derry's vibrant city center. The hotel's close proximity to the beautiful Craft Village made my weekend all the more nice. As a single traveler, I found the atmosphere cute and the staff friendly.

I had a lovely stay! The hotel exudes charm, and the staff were wonderfully warm and attentive. While the spa was a bit crowded, the food was delicious and the room views were fine. Just a heads-up about the checkout time; It caught me off guard. A good experience!

King Room boasts excellent décor and ample space. The view from the room offered a nice snapshot of the surrounding area.
While the ambiance was appealing, the bedding setup could use some variety. Having four identical, hard pillows isn't ideal. Upon returning on the third day, our room was inexplicably unserviced, which dampened the mood-thankfully, a quick ask led to tidy-up assistance. Dining fell disappointingly flat. The fish and chips resembled something from a frozen pack and the bacon at breakfast had a reheated feel, reminiscent of shoe leather. These little setbacks kept the experience from hitting the high notes it could have.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, as the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The cleanliness was perfect, and we loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed, made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse selection that catered to all diets, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions.
Thoroughly pleased; no complaints whatsoever.
